INPI is the National Government organism (a Brazilian Federal Agency) solely devoted to execute laws regulating Industrial Property.

INTA (INTERNATIONAL TRADEMARK ASSOCIATION)

The International Trademark Association (INTA) is an association to support and promote Trademarks and Intellectual Property as elements for fair and effective trade, and is one of the main International Trademark Organizations assembling professionals and scholars from over 190 countries.

Excel Marcas e Patentes is a member of INTA (International Trademark Association).

ABAPI (BRAZILIAN INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATION)

ABAPI was created on November 4, 1948, to assemble companies, Industrial Property agent offices, attorney offices and specialists, so to protect interests in the search to improve the profession, defend ethics and join professionals together.

Excel Marcas e Patentes is represented by its Director Dr. Eder Martini Lopes, who is a member of that association, with the purpose to offer works based on the Code of Ethics.

ABPI (BRAZILIAN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATION)

ABPI, founded on August 16, 1963, assembles companies, industrial property agent offices, lawyer offices and specialists from Brazil and abroad, with the purpose to study intellectual property, in all its aspects, notably industrial property rights, copyright, the right to competition and technology transfer, including other related or similar fields, concentrating in improvement laws, doctrine and jurisprudence in these fields of Right.

Excel Marcas e Patentes is represented by its Director Dr. Eder Martini Lopes, who is a member of that association, aiming to be constantly updated on all information in the Industrial Property field.

ASPI (SÃO PAULO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATION)

Founded in 1983, ASPI has the main object to divulge knowledge related to Intellectual Property in Brazil and to defend rights and duties of professionals in this field, with strong national action.
